Monique D. Jewett-Brewster is a commercial bankruptcy and business litigator with Hopkins & Carley in its San Jose office. As a member of the firm’s Financial Institutions and Creditors Rights practice group, Monique advises lenders in business bankruptcies and in all other aspects of insolvency law, with a primary focus on representing secured creditors in the restructuring and enforcement of complex loan and other commercial transactions in state, district, appellate and bankruptcy courts nationwide. Monique is Immediate Past Chair of the State Bar of California and California Lawyers Association’s Business Law Section. She is also a former Co-Chair of the State Bar of California’s Insolvency Law Committee.
