Joel Cook is a principal of Aldrich & Bonnefin, PLC and part of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group, specializing in corporate and commercial lending matters.

Mr. Cook regularly advises financial institutions on commercial loans, corporate governance issues, securities filings, contracts and bank regulatory matters.  He also supports the firm’s Operations & FinTech Practice Group on legal process, deposit accounts, electronic payment systems and other bank operations matters.

Mr. Cook graduated from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles.  Prior to law school, he worked as a banker for eight years, and interacted with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

He also led the Orange County Bar Association’s Banking & Lending Section as its Chair in 2018, having previously served as its Vice -Chair and Treasurer.
