Andy Bessette is the senior manager of broker and consultant partnerships at Gradifi. He is tasked with building partnerships with organizations and benefits brokers across the country. Andy has been working with the American Bankers Association and many state banking associations to bring the Gradifi benefit to help banks attract and retain key talent for the industry. Andy has brought years of financial services experience to Gradifi. He worked at Fidelity Investments in customer service and as an operations analyst. Andy holds a B.S. in business administration from Stonehill College.
