Description: Hiring the Best teaches a structured interview process that enables bank managers to consistently identify, evaluate, and hire the best candidate for a job. Managers are taken step-by-step through the hiring process and learn to identify job requirements, measure and rate the skills needed for success in the job role, and how to conduct an efficient interview that follows legal guidelines and makes maximum use of interview time. Both effective and ineffective interview scenarios are presented to illustrate potential interview pitfalls. Techniques for evaluating and comparing candidates and conducting reference checks are provided.
