Diane is a recognized governance expert and experienced corporate director. She has a particular expertise in audit committees, having chaired, served on and educated such. One of her current board seats is as an advisory board member of LeaderXXchange. For ten years, she served as a faculty member for the Board Advisory Services at the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD.) She has worked with a wide variety of organizations, from public companies to one of the largest pension funds.
