Embracing ESG: How Management and Directors Engage to Achieve Meaningful Results
“Environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues should be a top concern of corporate management and boards. … a robust ESG program can open up access to large pools of capital, build a stronger corporate brand and promote sustainable long-term growth benefiting companies and investors.”
In this webinar, we will discuss the critical roles of directors and management in developing a meaningful ESG strategy and discuss an effective ESG governance framework we developed with market input from investors, directors and management to implement and produce meaningful results that investors seek.
ESG is an increasingly significant issue both nationally and globally: Investors, ratings agencies and analysts increasingly integrate ESG issues in their decision-making, while consumers, employees, civil society more generally expect companies to deliver on ESG.
