Ryan Gottfredson, Ph.D. is a cutting-edge leadership consultant, trainer, coach, and researcher. As a leadership mindset pioneer, he helps organizations, leaders, and managers identify their current mindsets and then shape them to fuel better decision making, problem-solving, development, and performance. Ryan is currently a leadership and management professor at the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics at California State University-Fullerton (CSUF). He holds a Ph.D. in organizational behavior and human resources from Indiana University and a B.A. from Brigham Young University. During his six years of teaching, Ryan has demonstrated a passion for guiding the next generation of leaders to impact and improve the lives of their employees and subsequently their customers.
