Steve joined Cook Security Group after 20 years in Wells Fargo Bank corporate security, retiring with the title of senior vice president and security director.  Steve’s experience includes security technology, cyber security program development, incident response, critical incident communications, executive protection, workplace violence response and prevention, contact center management, and policy development. He provides present and future CSG customers with compliance and risk assessments, cyber risk assessments, policy assessments, risk modeling program development, and financial institution security consultation.  Steve is a certified protection professional and is board certified in security management.

Scott has worked with financial institutions for more than 10 years assisting them with branch transformation needs. His experience in technology and banking leads to a unique skill set which is needed when working with ever change financial technology and consumer. Scott has helped hundreds of financial institutions develop strategic plans, implement them, and continually improve upon those processes. Today, Scott continues to work with financial institutions on all their branch transformation needs in a wide array of areas, from consumer experience, to improved efficiencies, secure connections, and reduced headaches. When he isn’t knee deep understanding your business or helping teenagers, he can be found spending time with his wife, two boys, baby girl, mentoring the youth at his local church, or golfing; although…not always necessarily in that order.

Randy brings more than 25 years’ experience in strategic operations, service and marketing across multiple industries. Randy is an avid researcher of the latest financial industry trends including remote technologies, digital innovations and operational efficiencies.  Most recently he’s spent more time learning about COVID-19 as it relates to keeping FI’s safe, functional and navigating the future.  When not writing articles, Randy provides a beer blog for Cook Security Group’s newsletter.

Mark’s professional path has included private medical practice, academic medicine, clinical research, public health administration and the pharmaceutical industry. He also has served as the medical epidemiologist for the HIV/AIDS programs in the Oregon health division, the medical director of HIV/AIDS clinical services at Oregon Health & Science University, and medical director for the influenza and transplant medicine groups at Roche/Genentech. Most recently he was CEO and science director of MNR Analytics, LLC, a company that provided innovative tools, analytics and consultative resources designed to improve the structure and function of integrated community health systems and their extended resource networks.
