Lindsay Green has a background in innovation, project management, marketing, information technology and information systems management, retail banking, alternative delivery channels management, operations and public relations. While in management at Extraco Banks, she was responsible for retail innovation, alternative delivery channels, customer care, retail sales, retail training, talent development and retail hiring. Prior to Lindsay’s career at Extraco, she was a part of a leadership team that initiated a de novo bank and grew the bank from de novo status to a mature community bank. Since 2011, Ms. Green has been assisting community banks across the United States through Extraco Consulting with retail branch transformation strategies, management consulting services, marketing outsourcing, and more.
