Suresh is also chairman of the audit committee and a member of the risk, executive, and nominating / HR committees of the board. He also serves as a member of the advisory board of iCuro, an artificial intelligence-based technology system solution provider located in Silicon Valley, California.
Mr. Kumar has over 25 years of senior executive management experience having retired as managing director of the $6 billion asset Mizuho Bank Ltd, Los Angeles where he exercised oversight responsibilities for risk management, legal and regulatory compliance, human resources, information technology, credit administration and finance and accounting functions. Earlier, he was chief financial officer and director on the board of Mizuho Corporate Bank of California, and president & CEO of Brentwood Bank of California, an independent community bank. Mr. Kumar has an MBA from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles and a Certificate in FinTech from Harvard University.
