Matt is a senior regulatory compliance consultant in the financial institutions group of CliftonLarsonAllen LLP. He specializes in providing regulatory compliance consulting for financial institutions through a combination of on-site visits and remote work. Matthew works with our clients to assist them in establishing and improving compliance programs including conducting targeted compliance assessments and reviews, staff and professional training on financial institution regulations, and BSA/AML/OFAC independent testing.
Prior to joining CLA, Matthew was a law clerk for a Minnesota District Court Judge and at the firm of Trepanier, MacGillis, Battina P.A. Prior to attending law school, he spent two years as a Member Service Advisor at University Federal Credit Union in Grand Forks, ND.
