Throughout 2020 we all faced a lot of challenges, many of us faced a new remote working environment that included more stress and strain on our employees and ourselves. In this webinar I will go over many ways we can help lower the stress of working from home while helping to ensure a more relaxed work environment. The key to keeping great employees and yourself healthy, satisfied with your job, and avoid burnout is through finding a balance and process that works in a remote work situation.

Speaker

Dawna Havnar is a mother of 2 amazing adult like children and the wife of a husband who has PTSD from his time serving in the Army.  She served in the US Navy and is currently serving as a CASA volunteer. As a supervisor for Umpqua Banks Home Lending Closing and Funding Department, she has spent much of 2020 helping her department to take on double the workload with going to a 98% remote working environment.  She has spoken with experts and found ways to help keep a high stress department engaged and preforming while maintaining employee satisfaction. In addition, she has been learning ways to lower her own stress levels during such a pivotal year. Helping others to manage stress has become a calling for her and something she has put in place in her work and family situations.
