Dee McDougal

Dee joined Capco in early 2021 from Pacific Western Bank, where she led corporate diversity and inclusion strategy and developed education and engagement programs for internal and external audiences, including candidates, employees, clients, partners, suppliers and community groups. Previous positions also include Vice President, Marketing & Communication and roles in banking compliance and commercial real estate development. 

Dee has been a member of several industry committees and advisory groups, including the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Group and Professional Development Council of the American Bankers Association. She was named one of Triangle Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 and was named a BizWomen Headliner and Rising Star by American City Business Journals.

Prior to Tri Counties Bank, Judi served as the SVP & Director of Talent Management for Banner Bank, a 12.5B financial institution headquartered in Washington State. From 2006 to 2014 she was the VP & Human Resources Systems/Payroll Director for Sterling Savings Bank (acquired by Umpqua Bank). Judi has over 23 years of human resources experience holding roles within the financial services and banking industries as well as global technology. Judi holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development from Whitworth University and a graduate degree in Organization Leadership from Gonzaga University. Judi also serves on the American Bankers Association Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion advisory board as well as the American Bankers Association Human Resources Policy Workgroup and Western Bankers Association Human Resources Best Practices Forum.
