Sponsor/exhibitor presence at CBA conferences and educational seminars.
Sponsorship tier’s are as follows:
Diamond sponsorship: $20,000+
Platinum sponsorship: $15,000-$20,000
Gold sponsorship: $10,000-$15,000
Silver sponsorship: $5,000-$10,000
Bronze sponsorship: Less than $5,000
Increase company exposure at annual conferences and educational seminars. Highlight your company products in the marketplace during the conference. Network with CBA bank members to make quality connections and gain solid leads. Reinforce solid relationships and develop new customers.
All sponsors receive the following:
- Recognition in the marketing brochure
- Event attendee list emailed to the sponsor company contact
- Listing in the conference program guide
- Conference registration
Exposure to CBA bank members. Ability to hone in on your target
market. Opportunity to network and attend receptions and sessions
alongside CBA bank members. Opportunity to contribute to and be a
part of prize drawings during the marketplace. 8′ x 10′ exhibit
space in the marketplace.
Additional Services: Additional tables, chairs, electricity or any other needs for your exhibitor booth should be coordinated directly with the hotel prior to the start of the conference. An exhibitor webinar will be scheduled two weeks prior to the conference start date.
Needs and Requirements: The CBA sponsor and exhibitor contact will require the following from each participating sponsor:
- A copy of your company logo in an EPS format
- A 100 word company description that will be published in the conference program guide
- The participating sponsor acknowledges that it is their responsibility to contact the hotel directly for any electrical and audiovisual need necessary for their exhibitor booth.
- The participating sponsor acknowledges that it is their responsibility to provide payment for all hotel charges incurred from exhibitor related shipments delivered to the hotel.
