Bill has been with CBB since 2015. His primary responsibility is CRE risk collateral valuation management and as such is responsible for real estate valuation and regulatory compliance. He also consults with bank personnel on a wide range of valuation issues and provides insights on market trends and valuation methodologies. He oversees a large vendor panel that provides appraisal and appraisal review services to the bank and is also involved in ensuring compliance with the Bank’s environmental policy.
