Join us for the 124th Annual Convention and 48th Annual Bank Counsel Seminar at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach. This is the fourth year these two events will be held in conjunction and attendees are welcome to attend all sessions and social functions of either conference.

Accommodations
Hotel accommodations can be made by calling the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach central reservations department at (888) 421-1442. The CBA rate is $255, single or double occupancy, plus taxes and a discounted resort services fee of $15* per night. Please make your reservations by Friday, April 3, 2015. Rooms are limited and may sell out before this date. If the CBA room block reaches capacity before this date, the hotel may accept reservations on a space-available basis at the prevailing rates.
*The resort services fee has been reduced for this event, from $25/night to $15/night, and includes access to the spa locker room and fitness center, guestroom internet, local/800 calls, “print me” guest room feature, in-room bottled water (2 per day), two-for-one half day bike rental, surfboard and golf bag storage, incoming/outgoing faxes and an in-room safe.

Parking
Overnight parking at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach has been discounted, from $34/night to $28/night, for our group.

Cancellation Policy
Substitutions are allowed, at no additional cost. Written notice is required for all substitutions/cancellations. The full registration fee will be refunded if written notice is received by April 10, 2015, and 50 percent if by April 17. No refunds will be provided after April 17. Registrations made on or after April 17 are not subject to refund.
