With three World Series titles and six pennants to his name, Tony La Russa is widely considered one of the best managers in Major League Baseball history, yet the insights he shares are bigger than baseball—leadership qualities and a relentless approach to preparation that inspire greatness in others.
Jelena McWilliams is the 21st Chairman of the FDIC. She was nominated by President Donald J. Trump on November 30, 2017, and confirmed by the Senate on May 24, 2018, to serve a six-year term on the FDIC Board of Directors, and designated as Chairman for a term of five years.
Daniel Siciliano is a successful technology entrepreneur, an independent director on the board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, and a recognized expert in corporate governance, capital financial markets, technological disruption (including fintech, AI and cybersecurity), and executive compensation.
Gary Loveland is a principal in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Advisory practice and is the leader in PwC’s global Cybersecurity & Privacy Impact Centre. Based in Southern California, he has deep expertise in information technology, cybersecurity and risk management as well as extensive hands-on security management and implementation experience.
Dr. Lindsey Piegza is the Chief Economist for Stifel Fixed Income. She specializes in the research and analysis of economic trends and activity, world economies, financial markets and fiscal policies.
Joshua Preston is an Innovation Officer and commissioned National Bank Examiner at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). In this role, he implements the OCC’s responsible innovation framework, which includes outreach and technical assistance for banks, fintechs, and other organizations; training and awareness for OCC staff; and coordinating and facilitating the OCC’s response to new products, services, and technologies.

Chief Economist Dr. Lindsey Piegza will look at the pace of the economic recovery and what it means going forward for overall growth, interest rates, and monetary policy. She will cover macro-economic trends in consumer behaviors and in the manufacturing sector in addition to new Federal Reserve policy initiatives and potential economic effects of these changes. She will also examine economic growth in the U.S. as a whole and its effects on interest rates.
